ReplyDeleteGreat job Lisbeth! You are going to love this contest! DeleteDay 3
ReplyDeleteWeight: 130
67.5 oz. finished today.
I feel more energized during the day, and have less trouble falling asleep at night! Since we've been having summertime weather, our skin is going to naturally get sweaty and oily. I actually feel like my skin hasn't gotten disgustingly oily. I did my daily jog and felt like I could keep going! I'm even going to start jogging further by this weekend. To be continued! :)
Day 4:
ReplyDeleteMy tummy has gone completely flat & I haven't gotten any headaches from the heat yet. I was also coming down with some sort of cold & it has completely disappeared.
Day 5:
ReplyDeleteI have way more energy than I had before. I feel quick on my feet & so alert! To be continued.
Day 5: I have lose 3 pounds since the 3/21/12,i feel with more energy and i love water. i dont drink no soda, can't wait to the 14 day to see more results.

ReplyDeleteHello, everyone! This is day 6:
ReplyDeleteI feel great! I just weighed myself and noticed I lost about 3 lbs. This hydration contest is seriously teaching me the benefits from drinking half of my body weight in ounces of water. I can't wait to see how I look by next week.
hi this is day 6: I feel great, drinking water all day makes me think more clear. I want to lose 10 lbs. more by the 14 day.
ReplyDeleteDay 7:
ReplyDeleteA whole week down & I feel great. My jogs are longer, my sleep is better, & my skin looks better.
Day 8:
ReplyDeleteI didn't get much sleep last night & I still felt like I had plenty of energy! My skin looks better & my muscle aches I usually get after a long dance rehearsal haven't shown up!
Day 9:
ReplyDeleteI lost another pound, went from jogging a mile to two miles & I feel better than ever!
Weight: 127
Day 10:
ReplyDeleteStill drinking 67.5 ounces a day. My skin literally looks radiant and I am using the bathroom regularly, I also feel more focused and energized.
Day 11:
ReplyDeleteMy energy just won't run out! The only thing that sums up what the hydration test has done for me is that it made me feel great. No tummy, energy for days, & a better mood.
Nicole,
ReplyDeleteYour progress has been FANTASTIC! I am so happy for you to be able to experience all these wonderful changes : ) If you hadn't decided to commit to this challenge, you would never know what you were missing. In our business, for some people, seeing in believing. Once you personally experience these physical & mental changes from hydrating properly, then can you talk to others with conviction about how important it is they do this, too. How many people do you want to tell about this challenge & how it's changed you??? What would you tell them??? Keep up the consistency with hydrating & posting.....I am reading everything. You are so close to getting those $600 travel dollars for European cruise....don't miss out on that. This trip is going to be amazing!
Still feeling extremely energetic and a lot healthier! My weight is down to 127 lbs & my skin looks great!!
DeleteI missed a day because my phone service was down. I don't have a computer at home and I rely on my phone for everything. I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm still drinking my 67.5 ounces!
ReplyDeleteDay 13:
ReplyDeleteMy sleep is more restful, my skin looks great, my jogs are longer, I'm focusing a lot more during the day & I've never felt better. The contest is almost coming to an end but it has taught me the importance of staying hydrated & I will continue to do this.
I am very proud of your commitment to the hydration challenge. You stuck it out & received tremendous health benefits that will last you a lifetime. Plus, you earned $600 travel dollars for the European cruise -- great job!!! At the end of a challenge I always like to know what did you feel was the most important thing you learned from this contest?
ReplyDeleteToday is the last day of the challenge! I feel so great. The most important health lesson I learned is just how valuable and how important drinking water is. I don't feel fatigued, I find it easier to sleep & focus, & I don't feel crummy after a meal. I will continue to drink only water everyday. Thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson about health!
ReplyDeleteMy blog didn't post last night! I promise I blogged, I even have a witness! Anyway, what I said was the biggest thing this contest taught me was how to pay closer attention to my health. I feel so much better than I did before. Longer jogs, a more restful sleeping pattern, nice skin, & more energy have truly made me a healthier person & I now see the value of drinking water!
ReplyDeleteNicole-I got your post. No worries. CONGRATULATIONS! You earned $600 travel dollars toward European cruise for September. You have learned "commitment" & some valuable health lessons that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Not only have you improved yourself, now you can influence others in a positive way. Use these lessons & follow the basics of our business & you can be a champion! Great job!
DeleteHello, Today is my second day in the hydration contest. I didn't comment yesterday because I am unsure as to whether this is where I am to comment. I weigh 118 and hope that during this challenge I lose some of my fatigue and gain actual energy. Some of the fatigue is due to misalignment in my spine but I think it is also partly due to dehydration after learning some new things at EHP. So far, I've only noticed the increased frequency in my bathroom use. We'll see what happens!
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer- this is where you post so remember to do so every day (even weekends) so you can earn travel dollars. Fatigue can be improved when you're hydrating properly. You should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces -- 60 ounces per day (& more if you're working out & drinking soft drinks). You should feel significant improvement in a few days : ) Misalignment can lead to feeling tense & pain which will make you tired. Also, very important to hydrate so that your discs in your spine (which are mostly made up of water) don't disappear. So you really need this contest. Glad your participating--you can also earn $600 travel dollars so that's tremendous. You don't want to miss out on that : )
DeleteFor some reason I couldnt post my post, Alexandria knows what happend lol So yesterday was my first day of the Hydration Contest. My current weight is 107lbs, I didnt feel any changes yesterday. I figured it was because it was my frist day, today I was still the same weight I did start going to the bathroom more often since I was drinking a lot of water, something I NEVER do. I live on juices and anything that tastes sweet.
ReplyDeleteHi Genie--some people experience changes immediately & some after a few days. Just be especially aware of how you feel physically & mentally he next few days. Since you drink more things with sugar to get through the day, you really need to stick with hydrating yourself properly so you have more energy. You need 1/2 your body weight in ounces--54 ounces! More if you're working out or having soft drinks. Can't wait to hear what you experience. You are going to have some positive changes happen. Remember to post every day including weekends : ). You're on your way to earning $600 travel dollars!
DeleteBy drinking water in the past 2 days I have been feeling more hydrated and more alert.
ReplyDeleteHi Stephanie-you're going to have a great time with his hydration challenge. Remember to post your weight & how many ounces you drank for the day along with how you felt. Post every day including weekends & you're on your way to earning $600 travel dollars!!! Can't wait to hear more.
DeleteThis is my 2nd day and I feel refreshed,I feel like I flushed all the toxins out of my body, today I drank 89oz of water , I feel great!
ReplyDeleteDay 3: I did notice some changed today, I wasn't as hungry as I usually am which made me eat less sweet things than I usually do. I kept going more to the bathroom today, something I never do since I never drink water. Hopefully I can loose some weight too :) haha
ReplyDeleteI did notice a change today for me!! I noticed my skin clearing up a bit aswell !!! I now weigh 188 so I'm also losing some body weight aswell.... Today I drank 96oz which is more than usual because I feel like I'm cleaning my insides more and more each time I drink..
ReplyDeletethis is day 4 for me. i couldn't post yesterday, and today until late in the day. i already have become more regular and feel more alert in my day to day activities and in the meetings. i'm still hoping that it will help with the fatigue because sadly it's something that i don't think i'll ever get used to.
ReplyDeleteToday was day 4 , I drank 100oz , I felt more energized wen I drank in the morning and i noticed my skin got a little clearer, overall I definitely used the bathroom more than usual..
ReplyDeleteDay 5, I drank about 100oz today , I've been in an amazing mood all day , I feel extremely hydrated. I found that ever since I've been drinking water regularly I've been gettin better sleep too ..
ReplyDeleteDay 6 I weigh 187 , I drank about 96oz today and one thing I realized is that I'm not as fatigued and tired as usual in the morning but overall I feel my body being detoxed everyday ..
ReplyDeleteSteve--you are doing such a great job! Keep up the great work. You are on your way to earning those travel dollars : ) So keep posting your experience. How awesome do you feel having this energy? When you are properly hydrated & well rested, you will always have energy throughout the day. You will only continue to reap the benefits of proper hydration so don't give it up. Have fun & share your experience with everyone--I'm sure they want to know your secret-LoL!
DeleteHi Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteProper hydration, eating a balanced diet & physical exercise will all help you with fatigue. I always suggest, if you haven't done so already, to consult a physician about your fatigue to make sure there isn't a serious underlying issue. Keep hydrating (it will not hurt) & keep posting as part of the contest so you can earn $600 travel dollars : )
Today was day 7, I drank a total of about 96oz and i definitely use the bathroom allot more than usual but overall my urine used to be darker but now its allot lighter , Ive been in a good mood and feel great overall
ReplyDeletestephanie arias apr 11,2012 130lb, I have noticed that im using the bathroom more often now and i have been digesting the food that i eat more often and easly.
ReplyDeleteToday was day 8, sorry for the late post. Today i drank 100oz and I'm feeling great and my skin feels better and the water today did help me stay energized throughout the day so that's a definite plus but overall i know my body is being grateful for the hydration .
ReplyDeleteI actually fell asleep, so i wasn't able to post but its was day 9 and i noticed the biggest change was actually my headaches and morning fatigue have definitely faded since I started drinking so that's a positive change for me.. but I'm overall feeling great and energized..
ReplyDeleteHi Steve,
ReplyDeleteHow great do you feel? You have experienced so many wonderful things since you have been hydrating! Have you had anyone notice the differences in you? I sure hope this habit stays with you so that you can continue to reap more health benefits. Keep up the great job-- next week you'll earn those travel dollars.
End of day 10, nd yea actually many of my family members have complimented on my skin and how's its cleared up.. I'm also losing weight so little by little the results are pouring in..
DeleteDay 11, drank a total of 96oz and drinking water before i eat actually keeps me from over stuffing myself. I been feeling very alert and energized.
ReplyDeleteDay 12, drank 92oz of water I weigh 186 .. today i had to wake up early so I subsituted coffee for water and I feel that the water helped me more throughout the day. I'm still losing weight aswell as detoxifying my body
ReplyDeleteI must say I've never drank so much water in one day....I haven't had anything to eat since I had lunch because I am sooo full!!!!!!!! so I guess this is where the weight loss comes in....I don't feel hungry....
ReplyDeleteHello guys, well i weight 140lbs which mean i have to drink about 70oz of water daily. Its my second day and i have drank around 45oz meaning i will definitely be catching with that by tomorrow
ReplyDeleteHi Drea,
DeleteThe hydration contest will definitely help you since you are having a difficult time drinking half your body weight on ounces. Once you are properly hydrated for your weight, then you will notice some significant changes in you physically & mentally.
Second day doing this hydration test and I must say it's not that bad...I wasn't so hungry today. So, today was definitely a better day for me. I usually have really bad headaches because of my allergies but today wasn't that bad.
ReplyDeleteHi Janelle,
ReplyDeleteGreat feedback for your first day! Hydrating yourself will help with weight loss because many people mistake thirst signals for hunger. This is why people tend to overeat. You've already noticed that by properly hydrating yourself, you felt less hungry. Can't wait to hear how you progress as the contest goes on. Remember to text daily (even on weekends).
Hey Elizabeth,
DeleteThis contest made me realize how dehydrated I was. I have so much more energy throughout the day.
I have so much energy throughout the day it's unreal. I had no idea drinking water was so amazing.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea drinking water was so amazing on how my body feels... I feel alive and full of energy...
ReplyDeleteYeah!!!! I lost 2lbs and I feel great.... This was definitely worth it!!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah I weigh 140lbs.....this is amazing. I'm not hungry througout the day and I'm completely hydrated.
ReplyDeleteI have great energy, I'm losing weight, I'm hydrated...I must admit these past few days made me appreciate water more...
ReplyDeleteI lost 3lbs ...and I feel great!!!!
ReplyDeleteTrainee: Chris Palombo
ReplyDeleteWeight 208
Water intake 104 oz.
I will begin the challenge today. yesterday I was able to take about 60 oz of water in a half a day scenario, a little less actually. I was very full and my dinner was not nearly what it normally is. Looking forward to a beneficial challenge bring me some H2O
Great to hear you're participating Chris! You are going to be very glad you did because you will notice some positive changes in your health. You already have noticed one of them....smaller meals probably to the proper portion for you : ) Not to mention when you post every day (even weekends) you will earn valuable travel dollars for the cruise to Europe!

ReplyDeleteHey everybody, Alex D.G. here! This is technically my second day of the hydration contest. Already I feel more energized and rested than I ever did before. I told my wife that I will never touch a soda again. Can't wait to see more results!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I blogged here yesterday, but it seems my comment is gone. What happened?
DeleteHello My names is Cinthya! I weight 128lbs so I will be drinking 64oz of water daily.
ReplyDeleteAlthough we were supposed to start yesterday, this is my first day since BY the time I got home and would have started the challenge I didnt think it would be fair for me not to drink the amount required. Plus I didnt know how to enter the blog.
So today I drank all the water required and to be honest so far I just had to go more times to the bathroom, not much change in mood or energy, but looking forward for a change on that part! =)
Now that I am put to this challenge I can see how dehydrated I really was. Well lets see how much change I see tomorrow =)
Hey everybody, Alex D.G. here! My third day, and I am feeling much better about myself. I feel less hungry, more energetic, and I even feel healthier than I have for the past year. There is one bad side though. I have to use the bathroom alot more than before I started this. But, you take the bad with the good. Alex D.G. signing off.
ReplyDeleteHello again guys its Cinthya! This is my second day in the hydration challenge and I feel much better than yesterday. i dont know if its something psychological, but today I was pumped!! By 7 PM i felt like I usually feel at 10am any day before starting this challenge.I also noticed that I went to the bathroom many more times as usual!!
ReplyDeleteHi everyone! My name is Teresa I started the challenge 3 days ago. During the challenge it has not been difficult to drink the water. The only things is the constant trip to the bathroom and headaches. Other than that I am looking to the end of the contest. My weight is 175lbs I am drinking half of that 87.5 in ounces. I feel great, I hope to see great improvements. :)
ReplyDeleteHello there, Alex D.G. here! Today is my fourth day of the contest, but however, not so much good news today. My stomach has not been cooperating with me, and so I spent a good chunk of my evening laying in bed and having a mild fever. But, at least due to the contest, I am not dehydrated at this point. Hope to feel better tomorrow. Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteI lost 5lbs...when my 14 days is up, I am going to continue doing this because I have never felt better...
ReplyDeleteHi again its Cinthya! today was my 3rd day in the challenge and i didnt go to the bathroom as much as i did yesterday BUT i did notice a huge difference on my appetite. BY lunch time I ate half of what I usually do (which is not that much to begin with) but i see why this would lead to weght loss. Definitely plays with your brain making it think you are full.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, Alex D.G. here! Just finished drinking 100 ounces of water on my fourth day to keep myself hydrated today. Today was more of a challenge, for I was not feeling well, and my stomach felt like it was on fire. But, drinking all that water did help, and resting in bed helped alot too. Hoping I feel better tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAlex D.G. signing out.
Today was day 4! So I felt much more energized today ... Again I went to the bathroom many more times than usual and I feel that my skin is silkier which feels great! =)
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, Alex D.G. here! I am feeling better today, with some fresh air and lots of H2O. And I even have more energy today than I did yesterday. Hopefully, I can keep this train of thought physically and mentally. Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteAlex you are doing great! Keep that positive attitude & you will continue to benefit both mentally & physically : ) Hydration is very important for your overall health and so many people aren't aware of it. I'm glad your experience is positive & hope that you share this with others. You can make a difference in their lives, too : )
DeleteYou're on your way to earning those travel dollars so keep posting!!!
Because the person in charge of the internet neglected to pay for it we were without internet yesterday But here is my report for Sunday which was my day 5! Yesterday was soccer day with the family and I noticed that I was able to perform much better, I ran faster and felt i was in much better shape so yayyy to being more hydrated. Once again i am going to the bathroom more often and feel great!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that you are feeling great with this hydration contest. How amazing do you feel with this new found energy? Now you can get more accomplished throughout the day & your attitude is probably much more positive as a result. Going to the bathroom so frequently may feel like a nuisance but it's the best thing that could have happened to you. You're eliminating toxins that will help to maintain good health. Keep doing such a great job because you are on your way to earning those travel dollars by posting every day.
DeleteHello everyone! Sorry I could not post on Saturday and Sunday. Did not have access to the internet.I have been drinking half my weight in ounces. I feel healthier=my body feels clean. Which is great. I will continue to update. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Teresa! Try to keep posting everyday so that you can earn those travel dollars : ) I know that if you stay committed to this hydration contest, you will feel amazing. Going to the bathroom frequently is your body's way of getting rid of toxins so that you stay healthy. Can't wait to hear the rest of your experiences!
DeleteHey guys so this is day 6 for me and I must say that each day I feel better and better. Today I even drank an extra bottle of water because now it isnt a hassle to do my part in this challenge. Before at times I would feel a bit nauseous drinking so much water but now its like a no brainer.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, Alex D.G. here. This blog is for yesterday, May 7th, for I forgot to put it in because it was so late. Unfortunately, I wasn't as energetic as I was when I started this program, but I was still wide awake even when we got home at 11:00 or so. At least I'm not as tired. For today: another 100 oz of water.
ReplyDeleteAlex D.G. signing out.
Hello Everyone! I am glad I participated in this challenge. Its allowing me to change my lifestyle and how I think. Stronger body means stronger mind, Weak body meand weak mind. Healthy body means healthy mind. So I am excited about being healthy and having a healthy mind. I feel great.!!!!! At the end I plan to weight myself and see how much I loss in pounds during the challenge.
ReplyDeleteHi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. I am feeling much better today, and alot more energetic. However, I'm still going to the bathroom alot more often. I guess that means that I am properly hydrated. So that's a plus. Tomorrow's another day, so this is Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteDay 7 of the contest was a little funny because I almost wasnt able to drink as much as I have to because since I didnt eat all day whenever I had water i felt like pucking which is not a good feeling at all. But then again im sure its beause my body was telling me NO MORE WATER I NEED FOOD!!! but im going to try adn improve that tomorrow ... At night I had a nice dinner and was able to finish my last bottle with no troubles at all =)
ReplyDeleteHello guys its Cinthya here =) So my day 8 was much better than the previous one ... I was able to eat my 3 meals a day, went to the bathroom many more times, drank all my 64oz without a problem and feel great!!! ... Got up early this morning and im ready to go ... Oh my I went back to being a morning person! =)
ReplyDeleteHi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. Writing this blog for yesterday, May 9th 2012. Because I got home late, and spaced out. Anyhow, yesterday was pretty good, and drinking water did help my back, which wasn't helping me in any way shape or form. But, one thing I need to do is schedule eating more within my busy day, because I was starving the whole time. But, until later, Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteHi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. Writing the blog for today, which was filled with water, and not as much bathroom going. I don't know if that's a bad thing or a good thing. Anyhoo, my energy is up, and I think I'm losing weight! Good, at least I'll be in some shape for my honeymoon. Until tomorrow, Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone I weight my self Yesterday and I have lost 1 to 2 pounds. I am excited about that:) Will continue to keep you posted.
ReplyDeleteI posted yesterday but I don't see my post here. I started to drink Fiji water two days a go. I definetely taste a difference from other water bottle companies. Mainly because fiji has a high PH. I enjoy drinking water.
ReplyDeletehello guys here i am reporting my day 9 of the contest and although i skipped lunch today i made sure i had a great breakfast so i didnt run into the same problem i had the other day where i felt like puking when i drank all of that water .. so today was great i drank all of my 4 bottles of water without a problem, woke up early in the morning adnwas energetic all the way until 11pm when i knocked out! =)
ReplyDeleteHi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. Today, I felt a little heavier than I have felt in the past two days. I have been eating at weird times though, so that probably explains it. However, I did feel energetic all day, but right now, it's time to go to sleep. Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteToday is my tenth day of drinking water and I feel that my hair has more volume than before and i felt energetic all day!
ReplyDeleteToday is my eleventh day partcipating in the hydration contest and I must admit I do feel pretty hydrated! I feel pretty good and bouncy and full of energy all day long. I do not get tired fast and I am usually awake and ready to get the job of the day done.
ReplyDeleteHi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. This blog represents yesterday's blog, for once again, I forgot. So, I drank over 100 ounces of water, and had my usual abundance of energy. But, for some reason, my bathroom visitation wasn't as frequent today. Strange. Well, anyhow, until tonight, Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteHi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. Today I learned that just because you drink a bunch of water, and you feel like you can eat alot, doesn't mean you should. I had a big lunch, and now have suffered from a bad stomach ache all day. Well, at least I learned my lesson. Tomorrow is another day, so until next time, Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteHello guys im reporting days 10 and 11 sorry about that. BUt the good thing is that I noticed a huge change this weekend in relation to last weekend. Well day 10 went great .. I was so busy doing prospecting for water coolers that I actually drank an extra 16oz since I felt like drinking more and more water.
ReplyDeleteDay 11 I drank my usual and I felt energized! I had a huge dinner and when at times I chose juices and flavored drinks over water now I actually tasted the food better with water! (never htought i'd say that!)
So looking forward to see my total change at the end of the challenge!!
Today is my thirteenth day of the hydration contest and I am getting used to drinking this much water in a day. At first I admit it was difficult for me to keep up drinking lots of water but now I can do it like second nature.
ReplyDeleteOz: 90
Ibs: 184
Hi ho everyone! Alex D.G. here. Today, once again, I drank water, but I felt like I gained some of the weight that I lost. Bummer. But, at least I have the ability to shed it off, so that's a plus. Also, I had more energy since I got that bad dinner I had last night out of my system. Until tomorrow, this is Alex D.G. signing out.
ReplyDeleteHello guys this is me reporting my day 12! which was busy busy for me and since i did drink my 4 bottles i was energetic and pumped. I can see how staying hydrated helps you stay sane! being that i had a very very long day today .. was up at 545 and just now im about to knock out ... have avery very long day tomorrow too .. lets see if water helps me stay put! =)
ReplyDeleteHello everyone my name is Anna Wida and I am a trainee. I weigh 115 lbs.I started the Hydration Contest today. So far I have drank 32oz of water. I believe the amount I have to drink daily is 57.5 oz. I have about 2 bottles to go. So far, honestly I have not noticed anything major, I just feel full :). I hope I am posting on the right blog. If not, sorry but I didn't want to NOT post. Good luck everyone, stay hydrated!!
ReplyDeleteDay 13 was a breeze ... by now im more than used to drinking my daily intake of H2O ... soo much more energized than when I started and cant believe i was so dehydrated! I dont now why these last days I havent been going to the bathroom as often, dont know why ...
ReplyDeleteDay 2 of the hydration contest. I def. used the bathroom more often. I haven't felt any enormous boost of energy like the others yet, BUT I have noticed that drinking half of my body weight actually made me want to drink even more water, AND I was enjoying it. I even ate healthier today...Salad for lunch and a fresh veggie wrap for dinner!! Very happy about that! We'll see how the next 12 days will go.
ReplyDeleteDay 2!! I way about 120 so i have to drink about 60 ounces of water! so far I have been going to the bathroom about every half hour to an hour! Crazy and annoying! I'm guessing it's my body cleaaning itself out! It is too early to see any other changes, but we shall seee!!
ReplyDeleteHello guys this is my 14th day yayyy i made it!!! .. So i think i've lost about 2-3 lbs feel great!! I can confortably fit in my old suits yayyy and just in time for the nice weather! I can also say that im much more energetic and this challenge is just what i needed to get back to work with lots of energy and enthusiasm ... theres no way im going back to being dehydrated and will continue to make sure i drink what i have to in order to feel better and also maintain my weight this summer! =)
ReplyDeleteYAY Cinthya! So proud of your effort....you did a fabulous job! What would you say you learned from this experience? And would you recommend others do this, too?
DeleteDay 3 of the hydration contest. Drank all four bottles already and some of OUR water in between at the office :). Can't get enough of the water now!! I am using the bathroom like never before though!! LOL Today I actually felt like I had more pep in my step too!! :)
ReplyDeleteDay 3: I'm still going to the bathroom more frequently and my body is starting to sweat a little bit more. I never really drank water before so I am not used to perspiring at all! there were a few more strange reactions my body was having that I am a teensy bit embarrassed to post lol but I will tell someone if they ask!
ReplyDeleteDay 4 of the hydration contest. Today was the first day I saw a huge difference in my energy level. Got up in the middle of the night with my son and was dreading the alarm that was going to be waking me up within that next hour. To my surprise I jumped out of bed at 5:40am with absolutely no problem. I was wide awake, full of energy and it made me feel happy. :) Again with the using of the bathroom, that part is really killing me, especially with all the running around we do LOL Other than that still drinking my four bottles plus more water in between. Feels great!
ReplyDeleteDay 5 of the hydration contest. Still feeling the energy. I also noticed something else today. My face looks like it's clearing up and it feels and looks healthier. Awesome!! I haven't been wanting to drink anything but water which is great because I can't gain weight from water!! LOL Another thing, I got my boyfriend grabbing for the water instead of soda and sports drinks! (which is big by the way) Healthy is the way to be :)
ReplyDeleteDays 3,4 and 5: It's a bit hard for me to get internet, but I am not giving up on this challenge! So far, it feels as though my bladder is getting more and more used to drinking the water and I am not going AS frequently as before. I am sweating more! I also feel like I can be active longer. I work out every day and it feels as though it has gotten a bit easier. I work out longer and sweat alot more! I find myself drinking water before juices or anything else
ReplyDeleteMariah--you are funny : ) You will probably have some interesting reactions to water (lol), especially if you were not used to drinking so much before. But I am so happy to hear the progress that you have made. More energy for those great workouts helps, doesn't it? How do you feel overall? What major changes have you experienced so far? Keep it going & share your wonderful experience with everyone. They probably want to feel as good as you so share your secret....PURE WATER!
DeleteDay 6 of the hydration contest. I had great energy all day even while food shopping. Drinking water also made me make better choices at the supermarket. I loaded up on veggies and fruits instead of chips and cookies! SO happy. I really never knew that drinking half of my body weight (and more) can make such a difference in my life.
ReplyDeleteDay 7 of the hydration contest. It's been a whole week. It went by very fast. I also noticed today that I haven't gotten any headaches at all in the last week. I don't know if that's just another plus of keeping hydrated. I have this energy flow that doesn't go away. It's not like being hyper and super energized, it's kind of like never getting that 2:00 feeling. Or even when I start getting it, it just passes and I'm ready to do what I need to do. It's absolutely great! I'm still drinking about 5 bottles a day, and yes still constantly using the bathroom...ugh the only downfall!! LOL But still worth it. :)
Hi Anna--what a difference a week makes. I was looking at your postings from the beginning to the end of the week and what a difference for you....YaY! How amazing do you feel? Would you ever go back to your old habits now? How many other people need to know & feel what you're feeling....EVERYONE! So talk about your experience with everyone & let them know how important it is to drink water. You've already done it with your husband & your family is reaping the benefits of that. Keep going strong....you can finish this contest & earn your 700 travel dollars toward the European cruise!
DeleteHey Elizabeth! I do feel amazing and I would never go back to my old habits! I just feel too good. Thanks for commenting on my posts, and I am doing everything I can to let everyone know how important it is. Believe me, people are so surprised to hear some of the changes that I experienced. I'm very excited and I plan to go all out to earn my 700 travel dollars but I definitely do not want to stop there!! I mean come on this is my health, what's more important than that right? :)
DeleteHello this is Katherine pena, I've now doing the hydration for 6 days on the first two days I didn't notice much different expect that i was using the bathroom ridiculously too often, but at the same time I felt good because I knew that i was ditoxing myself with water, now that it has been a couple of more days that I've been drinking water is actually just gets to you like a habit you start drinking and drinking like nothing. Well that's it for now, i weight 135
ReplyDeleteHello everyone,This is Leo Martinez. Ive just started the hydration contest. I weight 130lb and i drank 65 oz of water . My bladder is definitely not use to this much water a day lol. Lets see how it makes me feel these next couple of days.
ReplyDeleteDay 8 of the hydration contest. I had a really good day. My face was still looking nice and clear. I think my hair even looked a little more shiny...maybe it's just me LOL The energy during the day is very nice but I swear once my head hits a pillow, (any pillow)it is OVER lol...I had my laptop out to post last night and as soon as I put my head down next to my son- the next thing I heard was the alarm in the morning. :/
ReplyDeleteDay 9 of the hydration contest. I had a very busy (normal) day today. It went fine. It was very productive for the most part. It was hot out there so I was sweating more which means I was drinking more than my usual. I felt great though. Going out tomorrow to buy more water because we are running low lol Let's see what tomorrow brings! Going STRONG!!
Ok well since I'm starting over again today is my day 3 o noticed that when toy drink water you don't really pay much mind to how many bottles you are actually drinking you just want to drink that contest, but when you look back you notice that you are drinking a lot more water than what you need because it just gets to you as a habit
ReplyDeleteDay 2 of hydration contest. Ive been going to the bathroom way more often then what I'm use to. haven't been feeling that hungry during the day which might actually be a bad thing since i'm already so thin. lets see what happens tomorrow. :)
ReplyDeleteDay two of the hydration contest for me last night. It was a great day I felt super charged and after three cups of water before eating my apetite changed. I was full almost instantly. I've used the bathroom More which is a huge suprise being that I can go hours without a potty break. Today is another day and I can't wait to share my experience with every one later tonight..
ReplyDeleteDay 10 of the hydration contest. My skin broke out a little but everything else is staying right on pace. I finally figured out how to beat the "omg I have to go pee RIGHT now" feeling. I just use the bathroom all the time when I don't even have to. LOL I've been eating smaller portions too at dinner because now I try to drink 3 glasses beforehand, which does work! Tomorrow is another day :)
ReplyDeleteOk so the past three days that I haven't been on its been crazy the chances that my body have made, I lost 1 pound it surprises me because its not something that I expected and plan. Ive been feeling prerty good and energetic
ReplyDeleteDay 11 (25th), Day 12 (26th), Day 13 (27th) and Day 14 (28th).. WOW it was a long weekend. I didn't get to post during this long break because honestly I was super busy working lol NOT relaxing..well besides yesterday I did get to spend quality time with the family. On another note, the whole weekend was great. I was drinking water and keeping hydrated. I was a little embarrassed bc I'm always having to use the bathroom; I asked to use it on almost every appointment. :/ But some of these long drives kill me there's only so many places you can stop and use the bathroom....anyway, I'm proud to say that while everyone else was going for the sodas or the beers I brought my own supply of bottled waters to put in the cooler. :) To my surprise my boyfriend is still drinking water with me, I guess I'm motivating him somehow which is awesome bc we all know how bad soda and all that other stuff is. I have a nephew and niece who love their soda but I've been preaching the benefits of water and even they have been reaching for it!! (I bought like 5 24 packs over the weekend by the way). So, my skin is still looking better, I feel like I look better overall and I haven't weighed myself yet but I wonder if I lost a pound or two. This hydration contest taught me how much healthier water is for every part of your body. It also showed me the proper amount to drink in order to reap those benefits. I am no longer craving any of the crap. I have one small cup of coffee in the morning as soon as I wake up and in the last week especially I have been using 1 tsp. of sugar as opposed to my usual 3 or 4. It just goes to show, one good thing can lead to another. Thank you EHP for educating me. I am done with this contest but I am not done with always properly hydrating myself and trying to live a healthier life one step at a time. We all start somewhere, after all.
ReplyDeleteHey people so today I got to drink a lot more than half of my body weight in oz , I'm pretty happy on that part
ReplyDeleteI drank just enough of what i needed it wasn't as hot out as the past two days
ReplyDeleteEven though I haven't been posting lately its been crazy for me I literally wake up, up to 4 times on the middle of the night to pee, i have dark circle like never before and for some reason I don't know why but I get more thirsty at night then during the day, during the day I do drink water but at night is when I actually drink most of it.
